- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- 30 Double Unders
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the rope climbs to rope pulls or ring rows if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge both strength and endurance.
