  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Russian Twists
  • 40 Double Unders

Notes:
Each round should be completed at a steady pace to maintain endurance throughout the 20-minute AMRAP. Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups if needed. Keep a consistent rhythm on the thrusters and Russian twists to keep moving efficiently. Focus on breathing and pacing to maximize rounds completed.
