  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-Ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps of handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round. Adjust the difficulty if needed by scaling the movement or adding an abmat.
