    • 400m Run
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
    • 15 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
    • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Time Cap: 25 Minutes


Instructions:
Perform each round as fast as possible with minimal rest in between. Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout to build endurance and mental toughness. Adjust weights and movements as needed to ensure proper form and intensity.
