AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 push-ups, 20 air squats, and 25 double unders. Use a resistance band for assistance with pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to improve endurance.
