- 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push-Ups
- 20 Resistance Band Rows
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Resistance Band
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Rest as needed, but try to push through each movement to finish under the time cap. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
