Weightlifting:
- 8 rounds of:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Push Jerks


Barbell: #135 / #95
Tabata Time: 4 minutes
Weightlifting Time: 16 minutes


Instructions: Alternate between the Tabata on the stationary bike and the weightlifting rounds. Focus on maintaining a steady pace on the bike and proper form on the weightlifting movements. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
