Tabata:

- 1 minute rest between stations

- Burpees


Station 2:
- Barbell Thrusters (95/65 lbs)


Station 3:
- Double-unders


Station 4:
- Toes-to-bar


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds at each station before moving to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all stations.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout.
