AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Push Press

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 slam balls, 15 box jumps, and 20 push press. Use a challenging weight for the push press to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push through the fatigue to maximize rounds completed.
