  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters

  • 40 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Notes:
- Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups or ring rows if needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell thrusters and kettlebell swings that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Focus on steady pacing and breathing throughout the workout to maintain endurance.
