  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Notes:
- This workout is designed to test both your upper body strength with the Bench Press and your endurance with the Box Jumps and Kettlebell Swings.
- Scale the weight and height of the box as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Keep a steady pace and aim to keep moving for the full 20 minutes.
