Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Dumbbell Goblet Squats

Skill Focus: Work on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement during the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds before moving onto the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
