  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells
- Box


Notes:
- Scale the rope climbs to rope pulls if needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell thrusters.
- Box height should be set to a challenging but manageable height.
