  • Barbell Skill Work: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Choose 1-2 barbell movements to work on technique and efficiency

Equipment:
- Barbell of choice


Instructions:
- Select a weight that allows for proper form and technique focus
- Use the 20 seconds of work to practice the movement with intent
- Rest during the 10 seconds to reset and prepare for the next round
- Focus on quality movement patterns and consistency throughout the Tabata session
