AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters

Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 box jumps, 15 toes to bar, and 20 dumbbell thrusters. Make sure to pace yourself and push through the high-rep gymnastics movements. Have fun and keep moving!
