  • 200 meter Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace throughout to focus on building endurance. Adjust weights and heights as needed for skill level.
