AMRAP Strength Bench

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration.
