AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 200 meter Run
  • 15 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale the height of the box jumps and number of rope climbs as needed.
- Keep a steady pace to maintain endurance throughout the workout.
