AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Kettlebell
- Pull-up Bar


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the specified movements. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
