Tabata Skill Barbell

Tabata:


  • Skill: Barbell Cycling (Power Clean, Front Squat, Squat Clean)
  • 20 Seconds of Work, 10 Seconds of Rest for 8 Rounds (4 minutes total)
  • Alternate between Power Cleans, Front Squats, and Squat Cleans
  • Barbell Weight: Moderate to Heavy
  • Focus on maintaining good technique and cycling the barbell efficiently

Instructions:
- Warm up thoroughly before starting the Tabata workout
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout
- Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity
- Record your total reps for each movement for future reference
