Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Rope Climbs followed by 10 seconds of rest. Try to accumulate as many reps as possible during the work intervals. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds if needed.
