AMRAP Strength Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 meter Run
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
  • 5 Rope Climbs

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself for the long duration of this AMRAP.
