  • 800m Run
  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rig
- Wall Balls
- Rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Choose a challenging weight for the wall balls and modify the rope climbs if necessary. Focus on pacing and pushing through the endurance challenge.
