AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 400 meter Run
  • 20 Resistance Band Pull Aparts
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge your endurance. Adjust the difficulty by increasing the resistance band tension or modifying the movements as needed.
