EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls
- Even minutes: 30 Double-unders


Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform 15 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, followed by 30 Double-unders at the start of each even minute. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
