AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 15 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of a 200m run, 15 resistance band thrusters, and 15 burpees. Scale the distance of the run or modify the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
