Tabata Cardio Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Cardio (jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers, etc.)
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds at max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds, alternating between resistance band cardio exercises.
- Focus on maintaining a high intensity throughout each interval.
- Modify movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
