EMOM Gymnastics Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes to Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Slam Balls (20/30 lb)
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes to Bar at the start of each odd minute, then complete 15 Slam Balls during each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed for Slam Balls.
