- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement

- 2. Burpees
- 3. Double Unders
- 4. Handstand Hold
Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (32 total intervals).
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Choose a slam ball weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining a steady pace and breathing throughout each round.
