Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • Wall Balls
  • Burpees
  • Rowing
  • Box Jumps

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Rotate through all 4 movements before starting the next round.
