    • 10 seconds of rest

Gymnastics:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort handstand push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of the stationary bike before moving on to the handstand push-ups.
- Score is total calories burned on the bike and total handstand push-ups completed.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
