AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 200 meter Run
- 20 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 15 Air Squats
- 10 Push-ups


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to maintain a steady pace throughout the workout to test your endurance. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to keep the movements challenging.
