Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    • Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
    • Burpees
    • Double Unders
    • Mountain Climbers

Score: Total reps completed across all movements


Notes: This workout will focus on building endurance and stamina through a variety of high-intensity movements. Make sure to pace yourself throughout each round to maintain consistent effort.
