  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Use a resistance band for assistance with pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge your endurance.
