    • 20 seconds of Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment: Slam Ball


Skill Focus: Focus on explosiveness and proper form when performing the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder movement.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder during the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep a steady pace and focus on technique throughout the workout.
