Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
    • Burpees

Skill: Focus on explosive power and speed during the work intervals.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of each movement within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
