Tabata Skill Assault Bike

Tabata:
- Assault Bike
- Skill: Double-unders


Workout Description:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the Assault Bike
- Following each round on the bike, complete max effort double-unders for 20 seconds
- Rest 1 minute between rounds


Instructions:
- Set Assault Bike for Tabata intervals
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the bike and maximizing double-under efficiency during the skill portion
- Scale double-unders to single-unders as needed
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout all rounds.
