Perform 20 seconds of max effort Slam Ball Over the Shoulder, then immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort Burpees over the Slam Ball. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for 8 total rounds. Focus on speed and consistency in your movements, aiming to maintain a high intensity throughout the entire Tabata.
