AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m SkiErg
  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the SkiErg, Double-Unders, and Toes-to-Bar. Scale the Double-Unders to single-unders if needed and modify the Toes-to-Bar to knee raises or hanging knee tucks if necessary. Keep a steady pace on the SkiErg to maintain endurance throughout the workout.
