Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (sprint)
- 10 seconds rest


Strength Portion:
- 5 sets of 5 Back Squats
- Rest 2 minutes between sets


Instructions:
- Push hard during the sprints on the stationary bike for the Tabata portion.
- Focus on heavy weight and proper form for the Back Squats in the strength portion.
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout.
