    • 20 seconds on Stationary Bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Skill: Double-unders


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata intervals on the Stationary Bike, pushing hard during the work intervals.
- After completing the bike intervals, practice double-unders for 5 minutes.
- Focus on technique and efficiency during the double-under practice.
- Repeat the Tabata intervals on the bike for a total of 16 rounds.
- Cool down with a 5-minute easy spin on the bike.
