Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Gymnastics:
- Every 2 minutes, complete:
- 5 strict pull-ups
- 10 push-ups


Instructions:
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity on the bike during the work intervals.
- Focus on strict form for the pull-ups and push-ups to build strength and endurance.
- Scale the number of reps or modify movements as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
