- 15/12 Calorie Row
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 15/12 calorie row at the start of each minute, then complete 5 handstand push-ups. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
Scaling Options:
- Reduce the calories on the rower
- Modify the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses
