EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • Minute 2: 15 Kipping Pull-ups

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed calories on the bike in the first minute, then move directly to the kipping pull-ups in the second minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next round. Adjust the number of calories and pull-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
