- Odd minutes: 12 Dumbbell Thrusters
- Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Instructions: Alternate between the dumbbell thrusters and the calorie row every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. This workout will test your endurance and pacing.
