  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Toes-to-Bar
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Toes-to-Bar within the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and push yourself to keep up the intensity for all 8 rounds.
