  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rope for Rope Climbs
- Kettlebell


Time Cap: 25 Minutes.


Instructions: Scale the double-unders to single-unders as needed. Substituting rowing or biking for the run is allowed if outdoor running is not feasible. Make sure to maintain a steady pace throughout the workout to challenge both endurance and strength.
