- Odd minutes: 10 Rope Climbs
- Even minutes: 10 Back Squats (#225/#155)
Instructions:
Perform 10 rope climbs on the odd minutes and 10 back squats on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight of the back squats as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
