  • 800 Meter Run
  • 50 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Bench Dips
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 30 Push-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. The runs should be done at a challenging pace to test your endurance. Adjust weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
