  • 50 Air Squats
  • 400m Run
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 400m Run
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 400m Run
  • 20 Burpees
  • 400m Run
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 400m Run

Equipment: Resistance Band
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. The 400m runs should be completed at a moderate pace to challenge endurance. Adjust the resistance band for pull-ups as needed.
